Common Contractor Questions
Yes. We cut THHN, XHHW, and MC cable to your specified length at no additional charge for account holders. Minimum cut is 25 feet for building wire and 10 feet for MC. Reels and spools are also available for larger pulls.
Account holders may return unopened, unused material within 30 days with original invoice. Cut wire, opened boxes, and special-order items are non-returnable. A 15% restocking fee applies to certain breaker and panel returns.
Breaker compatibility is panel-specific — Square D QO breakers fit QO panels, Eaton BR fits BR load centers, and so on. Using the wrong series is a code violation and safety hazard. Bring your panel label or a photo to our counter and we'll match the correct series.
Pro Contractor and Commercial GC accounts receive takeoff assistance for projects over $5,000 in material. Send us your plans or fixture schedule and we'll return a line-item quote within one business day. We don't replace your estimator — we accelerate the supply side.
Most of our commercial LED inventory carries DLC Premium or Standard listing, qualifying for utility rebate programs through Rocky Mountain Power and municipal efficiency programs. We provide spec sheets and rebate documentation on request.
Online applications are reviewed within one business day. You'll need a valid contractor license (or business registration for GC accounts), tax ID, and two trade references. Once approved, your pricing tier is active immediately on your first order.
